- General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
- Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are available to all locations, however shipping costs may differ based on a ‘Zone’ location as specified by our courier. Zone C and Zone D are expected to have an increased shipping cost. Shipments made outside of these areas (international) are subject to shipping prices based on our courier and will be calculated upon request.
- Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Generally, an order placed before 1pm will be delivered the next day. This is subject to the time the order is placed. If due to any reason we cannot offer next day delivery this will be emailed to you promptly and notified of an expected delivery date.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 1 business day of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on the weekends [Saturday and Sunday].
Date of delivery may vary due to courier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
- Delivery Instructions
The courier may contact you on the day of delivery. They may have options to provide further delivery instructions, but this is subject to the courier and their service.
- Shipping Costs
There is a one off shipping cost for next day delivery. Currently this is the only method of delivery. In some circumstances, initial Shipping costs quoted at the time of ordering may not be sufficient to cover actual Shipping costs. Should this be the case, Tiimos reserves the right to request payment of the price difference in the Shipping costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order.
Items are refundable as long as the items wished to be returned are sealed and resalable. The responsibility and cost of return lies with the customer. Perishable items are non-refundable unless damaged during transit, in which case please get in touch with the customer service department within 24 hours on the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.
